What We’re Looking For:

• Must be willing and capable of performing both residential and commercial plumbing; a preference for only one type of work is not compatible with long-term employment here.
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules and customer needs — in a small shop, rigidity doesn’t work.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and owns their work from start to finish.
• Maintains a positive, team-focused attitude — we’re a small shop, so we need people we genuinely enjoy working with.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to think on your feet.
• Five years of experience running plumbing service calls preferred.
• Clear advancement path available for the right person (Service Manager opportunity).
• Experienced service-tech plumber with a passion for quality work and customer satisfaction.
• A team player who values integrity, reliability, and craftsmanship.
• Excellent customer service skills — we deliver top-tier service to every client.
• Someone eager to grow with us and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
• Rotating on-call schedule ($100/week during the week you are on call).
• Drainage experience preferred: scope, sewer machine, jetter.
• Leak detection experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
