In this role, you won't just be filling seats—you will be the chief protector of our organizational standards, ensuring every caregiver we hire is meticulously vetted and perfectly scheduled.If you are someone who hates chaotic, unmapped workflows and prefers to take absolute ownership of a system to make it run like clockwork, this seat is designed for you.What You Will Do (Core Accountabilities):
- Process-Driven Sourcing: Manage the top-of-funnel recruitment pipeline inside Indeed. Review incoming applications daily, conduct structured phone screenings, and run face-to-face interviews to identify highly reliable talent that aligns with our core values.
- Airtight Onboarding Compliance: Take 100% ownership of the post-offer credentialing pipeline. You will meticulously track and execute background checks, drug screens, reference verifications, and state compliance files so that every candidate is completely verified before their first day.
- Logistical Scheduling Mastery: Manage master scheduling logs inside WellSky and Honor technology systems. You will precisely match caregiver availability with client needs, solve daily scheduling puzzles, and minimize unstaffed hours.
- Emergency Caregiver Backup Relief: Embodying our organization's team-first, stewardship mindset, you will serve as an emergency backup caregiver in the field when required. This critical coverage applies during normal business hours or while on-call to tenaciously protect our clients' continuity of care when last-minute gaps or emergencies arise.
- Logistical Orientation Prep: Manage the calendar, paperwork setup, and strict scheduling logistics for all new-hire orientations (Note: The actual training and facilitation will be handled by our training department).
- Structured On-Call Support: Share a predictable evening and weekend on-call rotation split with the General Manager, serving as the definitive point of contact for emergency scheduling modifications and field needs during off-hours.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, scheduling logistics, HR coordination, or medical/senior care administrative settings is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with digital technology platforms (experience with Indeed ATS and scheduling databases like WellSky or similar CRMs is a major plus).
- Exceptional, clear communication skills over the phone and in writing.
- High resilience, flexibility, and sound judgment when managing fast-moving operational adjustments, on-call emergencies, or shifting into a caregiving role.
