Position Overview
The Service Relationship Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers. This role ensures that service delivery meets ILAJ’s quality standards, all SOPs are followed, reports are generated on time, and escalations are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and communicates effectively.
Key Responsibilities1. Service Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary communication link between internal departments, service delivery teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure all service requests, tasks, and updates are communicated clearly and promptly.
- Maintain continuous follow-up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion.
2. Quality Assurance & Service Standards
- Ensure all work is executed as per the ILAJ Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor service quality and escalate issues to the operations team when required.
- Conduct detailed checks and validations on work done before updating clients.
3. Issue Management & Escalation Handling
- Identify any service delays, gaps, or customer concerns and take proactive corrective measures.
- Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with supervisors, operations, and vendors to address problem areas.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Keep proper logs of vendor performance, task completion, and issues raised.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all service activities and client correspondences.
5. Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure manpower availability and adherence to service standards.
Must-Have RequirementsCommunication & Client Handling
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to handle multiple calls throughout the day with clarity and professionalism.
Work Style & Flexibility
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Week-off flexibility: Weekly one day off, assigned based on business requirements.
Experience & Skills
- Relevant experience in coordination, customer service, or operations (preferred).
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced or service-driven industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic reporting and computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
