Service Repair Welder

Do you have mechanic experience? Look no further than Wilson Trailer Company, we have a job for you. Come work in an environment that is fast paced! Wilson Trailer is looking for a Service Repair Welder for our Service and Repair Department located in Sioux City, Iowa.

As a Service employee, you will diagnose, repair and service trailers in a safe and professional manner. Training for welding is provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Replace or repair damaged trailers.
• Perform trailer alignments and adjustments, repair and replace brakes, cams and wheel seals
• Welding some steel and aluminum.

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

• Ability to work in a standing position and/or walk up to 100% of the time
• Ability to bend, stoop, crawl around equipment, and crawl in and out of trailers and to work from ladders
• Ability to carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Objects over 50 lbs, use two people.
