Service Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager with a strong background in the elevator and escalator industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in service sales, customer relationship management, and portfolio growth within an elevator company. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive market expansion through proactive business development and exceptional customer service.

As an Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sustaining and increasing market share and profitability in line with Schindler’s strategy. You will drive strong portfolio growth in both units and value while building long‑term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Actively hunt for 3rd‑party (non‑Schindler) units and develop new customer relationships in Abu Dhabi

Ensure customer satisfaction and support complaint resolution in collaboration with internal teams

Document and maintain accurate customer and contact information

Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales budgets and pricing targets

Proactively generate new business opportunities beyond the existing customer base

Identify customer needs and match them with Schindler’s solutions

Maintain complete and updated information on opportunities, tasks, and visits in the CRM system

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Management degree is an added advantage

4–8 years of experience in Sales

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is an asset
