Summary:

MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota, and we are expanding our presence in North Dakota. Our project managers manage large portfolios of \"complicated\" buildings. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As an HVAC Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.

Job Specifics:

Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.
Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.
Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience:

3-5 years of project management experience.
HVAC/Mechanical industry experience.
Experience providing superior customer service.
Capacity to work on a high performing team
Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing MMC’s pricing system
Motivated by providing first class customer service
Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking.
Aptitude to learning new software as a super user
Positive attitude
Driven to help teammates to win

Physical Requirements:

Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.
