Service / Sales Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various fields such as plumbing, installation of motors, heating elements, motherboards etc. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role also includes heavy sales experience.

Duties

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair hot tub units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using technical manuals and meters.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability.
• Provide field service support for clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used/replaced.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a related field is required.
• Proven mechanical experience with general equipment repair.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel to job sites.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
