Service Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities:

-Managing incoming service requests via phone and email

-Dispatch technicians to service calls in a timely manner

-Prioritize and schedule service and maintenance appointments based on urgency and technician availability

-Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide technician updates, and address any customer concerns

-Maintain files or records of services performed

-Ability to keep a calm demeanor in a fast-paced/high stress environment over the phone and in person

-Assist technicians in ordering parts with supply houses for customers and stock orders

-Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft office, Google docs, Google sheets, and Gmail.

Education: High school diploma or higher

Experience: 1 year in customer service. HVAC knowledge preferred, but not required.

Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE; Regular job performance reviews are conducted, and pay rate increases are awarded based on performance.
