Job Purpose

The Service Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service-related activities, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients, and supporting the delivery of services in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding service requests and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely handling of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of service-related documentation, reports, and updates.
  • Monitor service delivery progress and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist in identifying areas for service improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client coordination, or service support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
