About Us

Karuna Ather is an authorized dealership for Ather Electric Vehicles, dedicated to delivering reliable service and premium customer experience. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Service Technician to strengthen our service team in Erode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Ather electric scooters.
• Carry out routine servicing, part replacements, and software updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quick, accurate solutions.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and follow safety standards.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors for smooth workflow.
• Document service jobs and report technical feedback to the team.
• Ensure quality service to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Technician in 2W / EV service (EV experience preferred).
• Good technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Team player with strong work ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
