Tri-State Water, Power & Air is hiring an Electrical Technician to support our Generator Installation Department. In this hands-on role, you’ll work on residential generator installs, helping with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) installation, panel upgrades, and generator wiring. If you have residential electrical experience and want to be part of a growing company committed to safety and quality, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the installation of standby generators, ATS systems, and panel upgrades
• Perform electrical wiring and conduit work in accordance with NEC and local codes
• Support lead electricians with troubleshooting and system startup
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient use
• Work with customers and teammates to deliver a smooth installation experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Residential electrical experience is required
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with panel installations, meter upgrades, and low-voltage systems
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied conditions and performing physical labor
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
