- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Clearly explain complex technical issues to customers and communicate professionally with other teams.
- Assess functionality and prepare reports, and sometimes make recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- For field technicians, this can include managing a company vehicle, tracking software, and inventory of parts.
- Install new equipment and perform routine, preventative maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems with equipment (mechanical, electrical, or software issues) and determine the proper solutions for timely repairs.
- Provide on-site technical support, guidance, and training to customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
