Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong and hands-on experience in Plumbing, electric and Hvac repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks and breaks.
• Perform maintenance on rental units
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems and general mechanical upkeep
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and industry regulations
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed
• Assist with renovations projects as needed, including sheetrock repairs, installing appliances, outlets, carpet etc.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
