Service Technician

Job Summary
FieldTech is a growing network and connectivity company providing internet installation, structured cabling, and smart technology solutions for homes and businesses. We’re currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Technicians.

We provide full, hands-on support to help you develop the technical and professional skills needed to excel in this role. You’ll work with experienced technicians who will guide you through equipment installation, WiFi setup, network troubleshooting, cable management, and customer interaction best practices.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the technology, networking, or telecommunications field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing and configuring internet and WiFi equipment for residential and commercial clients
• Learn to run, trace, and label network and structured cables
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of connectivity systems
• Follow safety, quality, and service procedures during field operations
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Maintain accurate service records and daily logs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical background a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on-site in various environments
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,500.00 per week
