SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and calibrate new printing machinery at client sites, including network/driver setup.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose faults (mechanical, electrical, software), troubleshoot issues, and perform hardware fixes.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, resolve service escalations, and offer training to users on equipment operation.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of service activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Parts Management: Coordinate with central teams for spare parts and manage inventory.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor machine performance, ensure quality, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
