Job Title: Service Technician

Location: UAE (with availability to work in Oman and Saudi Arabia when required)
Salary: AED 1,500 + Room & Food + Travel Facility + Visa + Annual Leave
Incentive: Additional AED 200 for achieving monthly Customer Service Target of 600 Works

Position Objective:

To carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of Sanford products, ensuring timely customer service and technical support across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain Sanford products (electronics/home appliances).
• Attend customer service calls promptly and professionally.
• Complete and record a minimum of 600 service works per month to qualify for incentives.
• Maintain accurate logs and service reports.
• Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.
• Follow safety protocols during service work.
• Coordinate with customer care and logistics for parts and scheduling.
• Be available for travel to Oman or Saudi Arabia if assigned.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
