Job Description (JD) for Service Technician – BMW Munich Motors

SERVICE TECHNICIAN – BMW MUNICH MOTORS RAIPURJob Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of BMW vehicles as per company standards
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections & identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
• Follow BMW diagnostic tools, service processes, and repair guidelines
• Ensure timely completion of job cards and maintain accurate service records
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department & Workshop Controller
• Conduct road tests before/after repair to ensure repair quality
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tool care & safety procedures
• Achieve productivity, efficiency & quality standards set by BMW

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in premium/luxury car workshops preferred (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, Volvo)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, systems & modern automotive technology
• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Valid driving license preferred
