Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Refrigerated Air Driers and Chillers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and good oral communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission Refrigerated Air Driers and Chillers at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting and Fixing: Troubleshoot and fix problems with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Maintenance: Perform periodic and regular maintenance of systems, including Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Spares Order Conversion: Convert customer orders into spares orders and ensure timely delivery.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Qualification: ITI in Refrigeration & AC Trade.
• Experience: 1-2 years of field experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in components fixing and servicing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good oral communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to convince customers on technical points.
• Working Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
