About the Role:

Join our team as a Genesis Service Technician, where you'll be an integral part of our dedicated service department. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise and passion for automotive technology to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services on Genesis vehicles, ensuring high customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Genesis vehicles following manufacturer standards and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to support troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
• Liaise with service advisors to provide clear information on repairs and updates on services to ensure transparency with customers.
• Attend ongoing training and workshops to stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques specific to Genesis vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized working environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, specifically with Genesis or similar luxury vehicle brands.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools and technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
