Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. This role requires hands-on experience in the field, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Tractors, Ag Equipment and other mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot problems related to air conditioning, and any related break downs of tractors and other ag equipment
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments including residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in Ag maintenance.
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience with field service operations is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
