Service Technician and helper

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain company products/equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Attend service calls as per schedule and priority
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment after service
• Explain product usage and basic troubleshooting to customers
• Follow company safety standards and service SOPs
• Coordinate with service coordinator / support team
• Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
