Job Overview:
Responsible for the sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool and related equipment for both residential and commercial customers. Provide exceptional service by interacting with Leslie’s customers, offering expert recommendations, and delivering clear guidance. Work closely with the Service Manager to uphold and exceed all company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Deliver superior customer service and high-quality workmanship on every job.
Responsibilities:
Service Technicians are expected to deliver outstanding customer service, uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Team members must maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and consistently follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and safe driving/workplace practices.
Accurately complete all required service reports, invoices, and documentation.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 / hour
