Service Technician (Beverage Equipment)

Espresso Medic - a Beverage System Service Company is looking to add a full time- Remote - Beverage Service* Technician* in or near Indianapolis IN to join our Team. We prefer you to have at least one years experience in the repair service industry, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, have an understanding of electric and plumbing and enjoy driving to unique locations and appreciate the satisfaction of a job well done .

Candidates must possess a clean license, be reliable, responsible and enjoy fixing things. (We invest between $8-10,000 in training our techs). Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on espresso machines and beverage equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment.
- Utilize appliance repair knowledge to fix any malfunctions.
- Follow schematics to ensure proper assembly and repair of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service during service calls.
- Utilize refrigeration and HVAC skills when working on equipment skilled in Refrigeration- If refrigeration certified
- Drive to various locations for field service calls and installs.
- Utilize electrical experience for equipment repairs.
