Supervisory Responsibilities:

Ensuring homeowner calls are met in a timely manner

Complete all work at homeowners’ home in a neat and workmanlike manner.

Responsible for correcting any issues for homeowners that are listed on their work ticket.

Ensuring timeliness of calls in regard to homeowner’s schedule.

Ensuring all homes, we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc.

Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc.

Service Technicians will be required to be on-call for after hour emergency service on a rotating schedule with the other service techs.

Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric.

Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.

Previous experience in all phases of residential electricity.

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
-
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
-
Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.

Must be able to work in confined spaces
-
Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
-
Must have clean driving record.
