Job Title: Service Technician / Installer

Duties:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and prioritize tasks
- Keep accurate records of all service activities, including parts used and work performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Stay updated on industry advancements and attend training sessions as required

Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in diagnosing problems and performing repairs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the task at hand
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Daily travel to our customers is expected, however a company service vehicle is provided.

Note: Prior experience as a Service Technician with plumbing skills, or in a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
