service technician - mechanical/ Oil Filtration and condition monitoring

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Technician to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support of company products at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and service support

Perform troubleshooting and rectification of technical issues

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance as required

Maintain service reports and documentation after every visit

Provide product training and support to customers when necessary

Coordinate with stores, sales and management regarding spare parts and service activities

Ensure completion of service tasks within the scheduled time

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / any degree OR any relevant technical qualification

Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in field service (hands-on experience) / industrial equipment service (preferred)

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Basic computer knowledge for report preparation

Willingness to travel for service visits

Additional Requirements

Language: Spoken English and Hindi - Preferred.

Ready to travel within/outside state depending on service requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,020.52 per month
