Commercial Electrical Service | High-Performance Producer Role

Compensation

Pay Range: $36.00 – $42.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Service Technician .This role is for a technician who diagnoses efficiently, works independently, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership of their jobs from start to finish. We are not looking for a parts changer — we are looking for a disciplined, accountable professional who can operate at a high level.

Performance Expectations

· Consistently produce 140+ billable hours per month..

· Maintain strong billable hour efficiency and minimize unproductive time.

· Accurately diagnose issues and reduce repeat visits.

· Complete service documentation thoroughly and professionally.

· Communicate scope changes and recommendations clearly to customers and management.

· Maintain clean, organized service vehicle and job sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to commercial and residential service calls independently.

· Troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.

· Perform repairs in accordance with NEC and company standards.

· Identify additional needed repairs ethically and communicate options clearly.

· Document work performed, materials used, and job conditions accurately.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years of electrical service experience.

· Strong troubleshooting ability without supervision.

· Experience with motors, controls, VFDs, or industrial equipment

· Solid NEC knowledge and safe work practices.

· Professional communication skills.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Comfortable using service software and digital documentation tools.

· Take ownership of their work.

· Communicate proactively.

· Show up prepared and on time.

· Care about doing the job right the first time.
