About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our Service Department. The role focuses on servicing Epiroc equipment and Brokk demolition robots. The technician will perform extensive field service in remote areas (including long-distance driving), with occasional workshop support as required. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance, accurate service logs, and strong customer care while ensuring timely spare parts requests and consumable replacement recommendations. This role reports to the Service Supervisor .

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Diagnose, repair, and maintain Epiroc & Brokk equipment at customer sites and in the workshop.

2.     Conduct extensive field service in remote areas, including long-distance travel.

3.     Maintain organized service logs and submit professional reports.

4.     Place spare parts requests and recommend required consumables that owners must replace.

5.     Provide emergency breakdown support and preventive maintenance.

6.     Work closely with the Service Supervisor and service team to ensure high-quality service.

7.     Support the Aftermarket Sales Team by reporting on customer equipment conditions, upcoming service/consumable needs, and identifying opportunities for service contracts.

8.     Identify possible new requirements for equipment and communicate them to the Aftermarket Sales Team.

9.     Maintain a professional appearance and high customer care standards at all times.

Qualifications:

·        Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering (or equivalent).

·        3–5 years’ experience as a Service Technician/Engineer for heavy equipment.

·        Direct experience in servicing Epiroc equipment or Brokk demolition robots is strongly preferred.

·        Strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting.

·        Willingness for extensive field travel and long-distance driving to remote sites.

·        Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred for customer communication.

·        Valid driving license.
