Commercial Solar Arizona is hiring a Solar Service Technician to support commissioning, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial PV systems across Arizona. If you enjoy hands-on electrical work, solving real problems in the field, and working with a professional, safety-driven team—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and troubleshoot commercial solar PV systems
• Perform electrical testing (megger, continuity, insulation resistance, PV curve tracing)
• Support commissioning and system energization
• Inspect, repair, and replace PV equipment including inverters, modules, and monitoring systems
• Complete QA/QC inspections and detailed site documentation
• Travel daily to local job sites using company vehicles

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of solar or renewable energy experience (commercial preferred)
• OSHA 10 and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong electrical knowledge and comfort reading plans and string maps
• Safety-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently

Pay: $22.00 - $26.45 per hour

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
