Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer with a basic knowledge of electrical and electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and electronic components.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on-site.
• Maintain service records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
