Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers with ITI/Diploma in Electronics to join our service team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic home appliances and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission electronic appliances and devices at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of products.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer queries and provide technical support.
• Maintain service reports and documentation of work completed.
• Coordinate with the service team and report to the Service Incharge/Manager.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
