Service Technician with Carpentry/Construction experience

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with hands‑on carpentry and general construction experience. This role involves performing repairs, installations, punch‑list work, and small‑scale construction tasks for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs, trim work, framing, and general construction tasks
• Diagnose issues and complete service calls efficiently
• Install and repair doors, windows, hardware, fixtures, and cabinetry
• Complete punch‑list items and warranty work
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and communicate clearly with customers
• Document work performed and materials used
• 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use standard power tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional communication and customer‑service mindset

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
