We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team at the Simple One EV Two-Wheeler Showroom in Kochi. As a Service Technician ,you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and support to our customers in the fast-growing electric vehicle industry.

Service Technician (4 Vacancy)

Responsibilities:

For Service Technician:

• Perform routine service, maintenance, and repair of EV two-wheelers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools.
• Ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

For Service Advisor:

• Greet and assist customers with their service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage work orders.
• Explain service procedures and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred (for Technicians).
• Good communication and customer handling skills (for Advisors).
• Basic knowledge of EV technology is an added advantage.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about electric vehicles and customer service.
