Service technician(Sanitaryware)

Hi,

We are looking for a sanitaryware service technician for Ahmedabad territory.

The work location is CTM and areas in Ahmedabad where the company's fittings are installed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Installation & Testing: Install new sanitary products (toilets, basins, taps, showers) ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and functionality, following manufacturer guidelines and plumbing codes.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix plumbing leaks, faulty mechanisms, or broken components (e.g., flush tanks, faucets).
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fittings to prevent future breakdowns, such as cleaning, adjusting, or lubricating parts.
• Customer Service: Visit customer sites to resolve complaints, explain technical issues, and provide recommendations on product usage and care.
• Site Evaluation: Assess dimensions and location conditions before installation to determine the best design and product placement.
• Documentation: Maintain service reports, track inventory, and document parts replaced for each appointment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
