Nationwide Service of Process company seeking a full-time Service Tracking Clerk to join our Operations team in our New York City office.

Position Overview:

The Service Tracking Clerk is responsible for monitoring the progress of assigned serves, ensuring all service activity timely and documented accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct frequent follow-up via phone and email ensuring vendors are on schedule .
  • Record all service and follow-up activity.
  • Review and verify accuracy of Return of Service.
  • Enter service information in the company’s tracking system.
  • Communicate with clients regarding status updates, additional attempts, or special instructions.
  • Effectively communicate delays, issues, or updates in real time.
