Enrique’s is a locally owned restaurant proudly serving the Kuna community since 1998. Formerly El Gallo Giro, we renamed in 2015 to honor Enrique, our hands-on owner, whose leadership and dedication have made us a local staple. Our mission is simple: meet or exceed guest expectations every time.

With our unique 360-degree bar and high-energy dining space, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Service Well Bartender to join our team.

Position Overview
The Service Well Bartender plays a key role in maintaining smooth service by preparing beverages for servers and supporting bar operations. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position requiring speed, accuracy, organization, and composure under pressure. Every drink must meet company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.

Compensation: Includes tips
Training: 10 days

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for servers and bar guests
• Follow company recipes and ensure proper presentation and garnishing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service well
• Restock supplies and support overall bar operations
• Work efficiently to support both bar and dining room flow
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help maintain a safe, positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is preferred, but not required
• Meets Idaho age requirements for alcohol service
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of drink preparation, tools, and standards
• Detail-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bilingual is a plus
