Job Description

• Responsible for supporting the existing core FSO platform functionality while also extending the platform capability via feature implementations.
• Contributes towards ServiceNow software releases via delivery of configuration tasks and features. Collaborates with scoped app team on installations of integrations and plug-ins as needed.
• Support incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations 7
• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA) 03
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) 06

• 4+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations preferably in financial domain
• Certified ServiceNow Implementer in CSM/FSO
