ServiceNow Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from ServiceNow data, building reports, supporting ITSM processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Extract, transform, and validate data for reporting and business insights.
• Work closely with ITSM, ITOM, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.
• Create automated reports and scheduled data extracts.
• Support ServiceNow module configurations related to reporting and analytics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps using ServiceNow data.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
• Good understanding of data visualization and dashboard design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certification (CSA or relevant module certification).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript in ServiceNow) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹286,149.48 - ₹1,223,707.18 per year
