Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, improve service delivery, and ensure platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
• Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and ensure system stability.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Performance Analytics.
• Exposure to HR workflows and employee lifecycle automation.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setup.
