About the Role

We are hiring a ServiceNow Integration Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations and functional exposure across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSO. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow integrations while ensuring seamless business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, ServiceNow spokes, and other methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support and enhance ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSO modules.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity.
• Document technical designs, integration workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST API, spokes, custom integrations).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM structures.
• Recent experience in one or more modules: Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
