Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing and implementing advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow frameworks.
• Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Develop Service Portal and custom UI components.
• Implement HRSD and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CSM
• HRSD
• Service Portal
• App Engine
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
