ServiceNow EHS Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner

We are hiring for our client, a leading organization based in Dubai, UAE who is seeking an experienced ServiceNow EHS Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, document, and deliver Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements through the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that EHS processes and solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and optimized to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and meetings with EHS stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure successful ServiceNow solution delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and post-go-live adoption.
• Ensure EHS initiatives align with organizational digital transformation goals.

Primary Skills

• Hands-on experience with EHS platforms such as Enablon, Sphera, or Intelex.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.

Secondary Skills

• Understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk management principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a Business Analyst in EHS or ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards such as ISO 45001, OSHA, and ISO 14001.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
