8–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5–7 years in ServiceNow functional consulting

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required

Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical audiences

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with business performance analysis

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, aligning platform capabilities with business requirements

Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to design workflows and ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices

Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and guide integrations with other systems; support data migration

Supervise project delivery and mentor junior consultants (team size of 8–10)
