Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports in ServiceNow using Performance Analytics, Report Designer, and other ServiceNow tools.

Build real-time dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and visualizations across HRSD modules.

Analyze HRSD data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and anomalies in service performance.
-
Provide insights and recommendations to improve service delivery and process compliance.

Collaborate with HRSD process owners, business leads, and ServiceNow admins for reporting requirements.

Present findings and executive dashboards in a clear, actionable manner.

Align reporting structures with ServiceNow data model changes, security, and governance.

Share setup and knowledge with the existing team for future enhancements.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

4 years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting tools & Performance Analytics.

Solid knowledge of HRSD processes and modules.

Proficiency in Report Designer, PA widgets, and dashboard configurations.

Experience with large datasets, KPIs, and data visualization.

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI / Tableau is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Performance Analytics certification.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery concepts.
