ServiceNow Implementation Consultant

-Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

-Design workflows, business rules, and system integrations

-Gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

-Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

-Collaborate with project teams in an agile delivery environment

Job Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (full lifecycle exposure preferred)

-Solid understanding of JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP integrations

-Familiarity with ITIL concepts and IT service management practices

-Fluent in English

Nice to Have

-CSA (Certified System Administrator) — required

-Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HR, CSM)

-Exposure to the Saudi or GCC market
