Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and close service sales opportunities across the full services portfolio to achieve assigned targets.
  • Drive regional service sales growth through key accounts and partners in different regions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing all commercial and service-related communications.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships, proactively addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare monthly pipeline and revenue forecasts and conduct performance reviews with the Direct Manager.
  • Handle client inquiries, RFQs, and commercial correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Participate in bid/no-bid decisions, commercial evaluations, and proposal follow-ups to ensure deal closure.
  • Oversee order processing and monitor cash flow to support timely invoicing and collections.
  • Work closely with the Head of Service and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with service strategy and effective execution.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support regional service planning and improvement initiatives.
