Job Description:
Vinove is looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Talent Acquisition with strong experience in hiring for the Digital Marketing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and driving quality hiring within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Handle hiring for Digital Marketing domain roles.
- Understand business requirements and align recruitment strategy accordingly.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct HR screening and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and recruitment MIS.
- Ensure strong offer-to-joining ratio and candidate engagement.
- Work closely with stakeholders for manpower planning and TAT management.
Required Skills:

3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum 2+ years of hiring experience in Digital Marketing industry.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and skill sets.
- Strong negotiation and offer closure skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Education:
MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred) Graduate in any discipline
