To analyze, organize, plan, schedule and direct production associates in the activities required to assure maximum output with required product quality and with minimum downtime for all production in support of the Corelle Packing & Distribution process. To assist in the development and implementation of new and in the improvement of existing production programs and practices. To assess competency, develop and implement ongoing training programs to improve performance of assigned employees. Recognize, coach, and discipline personnel in accordance with personnel and operational guidelines.
Responsible for operating A shift, Monday – Thursday, 7AM-5PM

Shift operations include secondary packing, palletizing, and material handling to finished goods.

Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
-
90% of the time will be spent on the production floor.

High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree technical or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a union environment)
-
5 years plus experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
-
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
-
Ability to make decisions, troubleshoot, problem solve and multi-task
-
Good verbal/written communication skills
-
Strong leadership skills, good team player
-
Basic to intermediate computer skills
-
Must be available to work any shift, primarily three 12 hour days, Fri-Sun.

Comp Range: $65k-$75k
