Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server (SEVER) to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as a host or hostess when needed
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment
  • Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong time management skills
  • Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with food industry standards including sanitation, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures
  • Previous host/hostess or serving experience is preferred; experience in guest services or hospitality roles is a plus
  • Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash transactions
  • Knowledge of OpenTable reservation management system is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $21.42 - $25.79 per hour
