Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
• Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing detailed descriptions of specials and beverages
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all food handling procedures, including proper serving techniques and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed to support team operations

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with food safety and liquor laws
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously through excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions accurately, including retail math concepts
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus, especially if you have retail math or cash handling expertise
• Prior bartending experience involving brewing knowledge or cocktail preparation is beneficial
